JACKSONVILLE, Fla. | Florida Memorial split a non-conference doubleheader after dropping the opener 1-0, then storming back in game two to win 10-4 after scoring five runs in the sixth inning.

FMU scored two runs in the first inning inn a back-and-forth contest. While trailing by two runs in the bottom of the fifth, Edward Waters tied the game 3-3 before the Lions exploded for five runs in the top of the sixth inning.

The defeat snaps a four-game win streak for the Eagles (12-2), who only lost for the second time this year.
FMU returns to action on Friday, March 3 as they stay in Jacksonville to face Trinity Baptist in a doubleheader.
