FMU Women's Soccer Defeated by St. Thomas University

Florida Memorial University (0-13-1, 0-8 TCS) dropped another conference match to St. Thomas University (6-6-1, 3-5-1 TSC).

The Bobcats of St. Thomas University dominated the Lions with eighteen shots and leading the way was Kortney Hinden with two goals. During the first minute of the match Eva Candela assisted Alexa Leizoreka as she found the back of the net to open up the scoring for the Bobcats. By the end of the first half the score was 0-4 in favor of STU. 

STU would go on to score one more goal in the second half to close out the Lions 0-5. Leading the way for the Lions was Lovely Placide and Thalia Leal as they had two shots on goal each. 

The Lions will hit the road on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 26th and 27th, as they play Trinity Baptist College (Fri.) and Thomas University (Sat.)
