The Lions of Florida Memorial University (2-10, 1-4 TSC) were defeated by the Conquistadors of Florida National University on Tuesday night, 101-73.
The Lions came out firing in the first half as they jumped all over the Conquistadors building a 12-7 lead. However, the Conquistadors proved to have too much fire power as they scored in bunches and closed out the first half leading by 15 points over the Lions, 30-45.
The second half was much like the first half as the Lions tried to make a game out of it getting to within 11 points but the Conquistadors fired back and built their lead to as much as 32 points before capturing the victory from the Lions by a score of 73-101.

Jordan Collins who scored 28 points and leading both teams in rebounding with 9 was
Eugene Harvey.
