The Knights of Lynn University defeated the Lions 0-1. 

The Knights controlled the ball on the Lions half of the field for much of the match, taking 17 shots on goal compared to the Lions 7 shots.  Lynn's Tomer Bitton scored the lone goal of the match in the first half during the 44th minute. 

However, the play of the game took place in the second half. Lion's Frederman Mendoza took a shot on goal and Lynn's goal keeper, Juan Carrillo made an outstanding play at the upper right part of the goal to push the ball just past the goal. That save preserved the shut out for Lynn University. 

The Lions will play next at Warner University on Wednesday, Sept. 19th, at 7:00 p.m.
