FMU jumped out on top 23-8 in the first quarter and never looked back, forcing nearly 30 total turnovers as the Lady Lions defense suffocated the Nighthawks.

The Lady Lions return to action on Saturday, December 3 as they face the College of Coastal Georgia in game two of their Georgia road trip. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. in Brunswick, Ga.
