Chantel Barnett led the way with a game-high 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field, including four assists, three boards and three steals.
Teammates
Nyah Johnson and
Aliyah-Deen Ahmad both generated 13 points apiece in the lopsided victory while fellow Lions
Tianna Ayulo and
Lameez Khan both finished with 11 points each.
With the win, FMU improves to 8-3 overall.
The Lions return to action on Friday, December 16 as they host Mount Vernon Nazarene in non-conference competition. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
