WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. | Florida Memorial University pulled off a commanding 64-53 victory over the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis. The Lions kept it close with UHSP for most of the game, but pulled away in the fourth quarter, outscoring UHSP 21-9 to seal their fourth win of the season.

Sa'mya Stevens led the team with 17 points, going 6-of-11 from the field, along with 14 rebounds, earning a double-double. Junior
Kalea Rainey finished with 15 points, along with four rebounds and four steals. Sophomore
Jazlynn Givens finished with nine points and eight rebounds.
FMU moves to 4-2 on the year.
The Lions return to action Tuesday, December 9, when they'll host Millennia Atlantic. Tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
