Devin Carter led the team in scoring with 13 points, along with a block and a steal, with sophomore
Sehmaj Mentor added 12 points, along with two steals.
The win moves FMU to 2-1 on the season.
The Lions return to action Saturday, November 8, when they'll take on No. 12 University of Pikeville in round two of the Ness Brothers Classic. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. in Huntington, Ind.
