As a team, the Lions defense put the clamps on the Banyans all evening, forcing 31 turnovers. FMU held its opponent to a season low 12 first-half points, allowing just six points in each of the first two quarters.
Florida Memorial University returns to the court on Saturday, February 8 as they host Webber. Tip-off is slated for 2 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
