MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University put on a clinic against No. 6 Keiser for their second ranked win of the season. FMU held a three-point lead going into the half, and exploded in the second half to take home the 65-51 victory.
Graduate student
Jeffrey Selden had a stellar performance, scoring 17 points on 7-of-9 from the field, along with a team-leading seven rebounds. Sophomore
Cameron Noel was a turnover machine, co-leading the team in steals with three, alongside
Devin Carter and
Sehmaj Mentor. Carter and teammate
Petar Asceric both scored 10 points, marking four Lions with double-digit points.
The win moves FMU to 13-7 on the year and 5-3 in conference play.
The Lions return to action Wednesday, January 21, when they'll host South Florida Bible. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. Purchase tickets using
