MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University has named
Caleb High as its new strength and conditioning coach.
High joins FMU with a strong foundation in human performance and athlete development, having worked in both collegiate and high school environments. He most recently served as a Site Coordinator for Performance Course, where he led strength and conditioning programs for multiple high school athletic programs across Texas.

Caleb High to Florida Memorial University," said Athletic Director Chandra Dorsey-Felton. "He brings a strong commitment to developing disciplined, resilient student-athletes and will play an important role in elevating the performance culture within FMU Athletics."
"I'm super excited and grateful for the opportunity to impact the lives of these young adults and serve them the same way my coaches loved and served me during my athletic career," said High.
Prior to his role with Performance Course, High gained collegiate experience through the Human Performance department at Texas Christian University and Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he supported training, programming, and performance development across multiple sports.
A former collegiate football student-athlete at Southeastern Oklahoma State, High earned both a Bachelor's degree in Human and Health Performance and a Master's degree in Sports Administration – Leadership. He is committed to developing disciplined, resilient student-athletes through intentional training, leadership, and a performance-driven culture.
