Alejandro "Ale" Fernandez joined the FMU baseball team in spring of 2024.

A native to Maracaibo, Venezuela, Fernandez previously attended Paine College for two years, playing on the baseball team for both years, winning MVP, gold glove and playing in the all-star game. Fernandez previously attended Unidad Educativa José Ramon Hernández in 2017, where he played for four years under head coach Ronny Mejia.

Fernandez chose FMU because he believes in coach Tino Burgos. His favorite part about FMU is the baseball field. Fernandez's interests include:
