Ricardo "Ritchie" Gonzalez has been a member of the coaching staff since 2017. He is a native of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and played high school baseball at Miami Jackson Senior High School under head coach Manny Mantrana and college baseball at Essex College in Maryland before serving his country in the United States Army.

He has more than a decade of experience coaching high school baseball in South Florida. and he currently assists with infielder training and development.
