Davon Johnson

Johnson joined Florida Memorial University as the wide receivers coach in January 2020. 

The former offensive coordinator at Booker T. Washington also played receiver for Coach Harris at Booker T. from 2004 to 2007 and was a member of the Tornadoes' 2007 Class 4A state championship football team as well as a top sprinter on the school's 2007 Class 3A track and field championship team.
 
Johnson took his talents to the University of Miami, where he played four seasons for the Hurricanes and graduated with his Bachelor's degree in 2012. He began coaching receivers at his high school alma mater in 2017 under Harris and served in that role for three seasons and was promoted to offensive coordinator midway through the 2019 season. As the offensive coordinator, Johnson piloted Booker T. Washington's offense as it won the 2019 Class 4A state football championship.
