A dedicated leader on and off the field, Coach Arza has built a career rooted in hard work, passion for the game, and an unwavering faith that has guided every step of his journey. Arza comes from a family of football coaches. His father, Eddy Arza is recognized as one of the pillars of High School Football in South Florida with over 40 years of experience winning not only State Championships but a National Championship as well. Not only in South Florida but across the whole state, the Arza name speaks for itself.
Arza grew up in Overtown where he then attended The Historic Booker T. Washington Sr Highschool. While at Booker T. Washington, he held an above 4.0 GPA that earned him the FHSAA Scholar Athlete Of The Year Award. He finished off his senior campaign with not only leading his team to a State Championship but also being awarded the Fox Sports Catch Of The Year Award that helped secure the historic victory.
His talent and dedication earned him a full scholarship to East Tennessee State University, where he continued to develop his skills and football IQ. Despite having a few years of eligibility left, Arza knew what he was called to do. In the Summer of 2022, He was selected 1 of 100 Male Student-Athletes in the nation to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum. Shortly after that event, he made the decision to start his coaching career at the early age of 21.
His first stop was at Florida International University where he helped with the Defensive Backs in 2022. That opportunity then led him to serve as the Quarterback Coach & Passing Game Coordinator at his Alma Mater - Booker T Washington for the 2023 season. Arza quickly moved up the ranks, beginning as a Wide Receiver Quality Control Coach at Eastern Kentucky University. His expertise and leadership led to a swift promotion where he then worked directly with the Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Running Backs for the 2024 season. (Top 10 in Rushing Yards & Top 25 All-purpose Yards Nationally)
