Former Hollywood McArthur High School head football coach Pierre Senatus as the Lions' new defensive line coach in January 2020.
Prior to becoming a head coach, Senatus served as assistant head coach, defensive line coach, head strength and conditioning coach at Miami Booker T. Washington High School. He was a part of the Tornadoes' first four state championships while working under Harris.
Senatus, who also served as a head wrestling coach briefly at Booker T. Washington, has multiple stints serving as a head coach at the high school level in South Florida. He spent two seasons leading McArthur (2018-19), one year at Hialeah High School (2017), and two years at Miramar High School (2016-17).
In his two seasons At McArthur, Senatus compiled a 16-5 record – winning two district titles and making two playoff appearances.
