Carlo Lopez joined the FMU men's soccer team in fall 2024.

A native to Santa Clarita, Calif., Lopez previously attended Louisiana State University Shreveport for two years. He won MVP as well as back-to-back conference championships, one conference tournament championship and made history in the school's participation in nationals. He graduated from Hart High School in 2022. He was part of the national honors society and rated as the most athletic student in high school. He played for the men's soccer and football teams, winning MVP for both teams.

Lopez played for the Pateadores team for 10 years. He won multiple championships under head coach Jim Rickard.

Lopez chose FMU because of the opportunity to improve as a player. His favorite part about FMU is the people. Lopez's interests include:
