Ricardo Delgado Villalobos joined the FMU men's soccer team in fall 2024.

A native to Heredia, Costa Rica, Villalobos previously attended Bethel University for one year under head coach Jarju Malang. He graduated from Colegio Técnico Profesional de Flores in 2018. Villalobos played for Club Sport Herediano, Club Sport cartaginés, and Sporting FC from 2014-2021, winning the Under 21 championship and the Second Division National championship in 2020. 

Villalobos chose FMU for the coach and location. His favorite part about FMU is the opportunity to grow. Villalobos' interests include:
