Daniela Canizales joined the FMU women's soccer team in fall of 2023.

A native to Venezuela from St. Cloud, Fla., Canizales graduated from Harmony High School in St. Cloud, Fla. in 2023. Under Scott Marlega, she she won two varsity letters and won the district & OBC championships, along with being named OBC first team in 2023. 

Canizales played for the Ideasport team in Florida for three years under head coach Ytalo. 

Canizales joined FMU because it was a good opportunity and it’s close to home. Her favorite part about FMU is getting to meet new people. Her interests include:
