Biography

Kelsey Akins joined the FMU women's soccer team in fall of 2021.

A native to Tampa, Fla. Akins graduated from King High School in Tampa, Fla. in 2021. Under head coach Baylee Dozark, Akins won four varsity letters and won two MVPs and an offensive player of the year. She was also part of their flag football team. 

Akins chose FMU because of the HBCU culture. Her interests include
