Biography
Kire Peyton joined the FMU women's soccer team fall of 2023.
A native to Richmond, Ky. and raised in Madisonville, Ky. Kire previously attended Nova Southeastern University for one year.
Kire graduated from Hopkins County Central High School in Madisonville, Ky. in 2022. She played a multitude of sports, including Football, Basketball, Softball, Cross Country, and Soccer. She won three varsity letters in soccer and two varsity letters in football and played under head coaches Shawn Oakley and Ben Lutz. Kire won multiple awards and accolades, including Female Athlete of the Year 2022 (HCCHS), All District Softball 2019, All District Soccer 2022, MVP Soccer 2020, Defensive Player Soccer 2021 and 2022, and Defensive Player Basketball 2022. She attended Dawson Springs High School before transferring to Hopkins County Central.
Kire played for the Indiana Fire Juniors South team in Evansville, Ind. and the Owensboro United team in Owensboro, Ky. She played one year for each team and played under head coach Lucas Woodford for Indiana Fire Juniors South and Andy Hines for Owensboro United.
Kire chose FMU because she loves Florida, and it seemed like the best fit for her. Her favorite part about FMU is being able to play the sports she loves.

The most influential person in Kire's life is her dad.Her first cousin, Mallory Peyton, played softball for the University of Kentucky
