Biography
Krysti Achu-Chick joined the FMU women's soccer team in Fall 2024.
A native of Rogers, Minn., Achu-Chick graduated from Rogers High School in 2024. She played soccer and track & field under head coach Aaron Lindquist and won multiple accolades including:
Soccer:
All conference second-team, Mrs Defense, Captain of the team. second place in sections
Track & Field:
all-conference, conference honorable mention, all-section
Achu-Chick was part of multiple school clubs, including the National Honors Society, Digging Diversity, Respect Club, Crochet Club, Book Club, Hush Club, Leo’s, Link Crew, and Essence Womens Group.
Achu-Chick played for the Boreal Football Club for 10 years in Anoka, Minn. Under head coach Devin Chuba, she made it to regional's multiple years, won the Presidents Cup championship, was second in the league, advanced to Premier 1, and then to the NPL league.
Achu-Chick chose FMU because she's looking to be a part of a fun and bustling community filled with individuals who look like her. Her favorite part about FMU is the culture. Achu-Chick's interests include:
