Coach Hardman enters his third season with the Lady Lions for both the indoor and beach volleyball programs. He brings with him a lot of expertise in the offensive & technical aspects of the game.
Hardman has coaching experience ranging from the middle school, high school and petite club levels. He served as the assistant varsity coach at Farmington Hills Harrison High School in Michigan and the assistant coach for Legacy Volleyball Club 16 Elite.
He also brings camp experience at the B1G Conference levels with programs such as Michigan, Michigan State, & Northwestern University. His debut college coaching career began as a volunteer coach for Indian River College. Aside from his indoor coaching experience he also has knowledge in the beach volleyball game as well, having coached and assisted Head Coach Marrita Crockett- Moulton at the Club Med Academies Beach Volleyball Program.
The Michigan native, competed Collegiately at Siena Heights University. While playing at SHU he was a decorated utility player, being effective as an outside and right side hitter, middle blocker, and finally as a senior, he was awarded the All-Conference award as a setter where he helped the program to its first ever Conference finals appearance.
In 2018, Hardman had the pleasure of being pre-selected to the National Volleyball Assoc. (NVA) to represent the state of Florida as a pro player. Hardman has a degree in Speech/ Communications.
