Markia Brown-Seetal joined the FMU family as assistant volleyball coach in spring of 2022.

Brown-Seetal, an FMU graduate played volleyball for the Lions from 1998-2001. She began her coaching career in 2006.

In 2022, Coach Brown-Seetal's outside hitter Caroline Souza was named Sun Conference player of the year.

Brown-Seetal is a member of Zeta Phi Beta and has her bachelor in Physical Education for K-12.
