Biography

Daja Newton joined the FMU women's volleyball team in fall of 2022.

A native to Wimauma, Fla., Newton graduated from Pinellas Park High School in Largo, Fla. where she played for the volleyball team as well as the track and field team.

Newton chose FMU because they offered her to play beach volleyball. Her favorite part about FMU is she is able to get her degree and have fun at the same time.
