Juliana Medina joined the FMU volleyball team in fall 2024.

A native to Envigado, Colombia, Medina graduated from Colegio Teresiano de Envigado in 2023. She played volleyball under head coach Diego Londoño and won best hitter and MVP. She played for Envigado and Antioquia for nine years under head coach Juan David, winning best hiter and MVP.

Medina chose FMU because it is a place where she can learn multiple things not just in volleyball but in real life that in her country works different. Her favorite part about FMU is getting to know diferent people and getting to be on the volleyball team. Medina's interests include:
