MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Florida Memorial University's women struggled to find their shooting touch Thursday night – shooting a paltry 30 percent from the field as the Lady Lions loss their second straight game on their home floor, falling 55-47 to visiting Cumberland University in the FMU Wellness Center.
FMU (7-7) saw shot after shot rim out Thursday. The Lions, who came into this week riding a four-game home winning streak, only saw 19 of their 62 shots go through the bottom of the net while Cumberland University – which came into Thursday's game on a four-game losing streak – manufactured a 36-25 halftime lead that it would never relinquish.

Isis Lane, had one of her least productive outings of the season – finishing with just eight points, four rebounds, three blocks, and three steals.
