Florida Memorial WBB Too Much For Voorhees College Tuesday

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Florida Memorial University proved too much for Voorhees College (S.C.) as it cruised to a 105-57 win Tuesday afternoon in its opening game at the Keiser Holiday Classic in the KU Student Life Center.

  • Florida Memorial turned an 18-13 first quarter lead into a 56-32 lead by halftime.
  • The Lions held Voorhees to just seven points in the third quarter while scoring 28 points.
  • FMU won the fourth quarter 21-18 and cruised into its final 105-57 margin.
