As a team, Florida Memorial shot nearly 50 percent from the field (31-for-66) while their counterpart shot exactly 50 percent from the floor (29-for-58). On the defensive end, the Lions forced 15 turnovers while committing 11. However, FMU struggled from the free-throw line all night, converting 11-of-21 free throws compared to 25-of-28 for the Seahawks.
The Lions return to action on Saturday, November 26 as they host the Virgin Islands. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
