MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial trailed by one point at the break before giving up 54 second-half points en route to a 87-66 defeat against the College of Coastal Georgia at the FMU Wellness Center. The loss snaps FMU's 2-game win streak as they continue to fight for a spot in the Sun Conference Men's Basketball Tournament later this month.
Florida Memorial led 32-31 before seven people were ejected; as a result FMU could not recover and were outscored by 20 points in the latter half.

Rod Boggan who finished with a game-high 25 points and hit all eight of his free throw attempts while teammate Christian Taylor added 13 points and eight rebounds.
FMU returns to action on Saturday, February 4 as they host Thomas in Sun Conference action. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
