FMU scores season-low 20-second half points in loss to Webber

The loss snaps three-game win streak for the Lions.

BABSON PARK, Fla. | No. 16 Florida Memorial scored a season-low 20-second half points in the 73-56 loss to Webber at the Sabbagh Athletic Center. The loss snaps a 3-game win streak for the Lions, who fall to 3-2 in Sun Conference play.

FMU guard Evan Busby led the Lions with 15 points and six boards, two steals and one assist while high-flying forward Felix Uadiale produced a double-double, scoring 12 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

Latavious Mitchell chipped in with 10 points, seven boards one assist and one steal, but was in foul trouble early. Teammate Raheem Carter added 10 points and two rebounds in the loss.

FMU returns to action on Wednesday, January 24 as they host Southeastern. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
