MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | For the first time this season, Florida Memorial University scored 100 points or more in a game. The Lions dominated the night against Fort Lauderdale, coming away with a 103-48 victory at the FMU Wellness Center.

Alyza Winston led the team in scoring, putting 21 points on the board on 5-of-9 from the field and 3-of-6 from beyond the arc. Wing
Agar Farres Garcia finished the game with 19 points, going 7-of-8 from the field while leading the team in rebounds with 12. Sophomore
Kalea Rainey put together 16 points for the Lions, going 8-of-15 from the field, while teammate
Ebony Black-Smith chipped in 10 points, along with leading the team in blocks with four.
The win advances FMU to 5-1 on the season.
The Lions return to action Saturday, November 16, when they'll travel to Southeastern for the conference opener. Tip-off is slated for 2 p.m. in Lakeland, Fla.
