MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial thrower Ryeyauni Bush earned two first-place finishes at the St. Thomas University (STU) Open 3, dominating the field events.

In the women's discus, Bush defeated eight opponents, throwing a distance of 37.39 meters while teammate Taela Campbell finished in third place with a mark of 34.74 meters.

In the women's hammer, Bush defeated seven opponents, posting a mark of 36.02 meters while Campbell finished runner-up, throwing a distance of 35.50 meters.

FMU newcomer Khamia Morris earned a first place finish in the women's triple jump, leaping a distance of 10.44 meters while teammate and NAIA All-American Andreana Graham picked up a second-place finish in the women's long jump, posting a mark of 5.37 meters. Newcomer Serina Rose earned a third-place finish in the women's 400 meter hurdles, posting a mark of 1:08.00.

Freshman Shannon Levy continued her sensational freshman campaign as she finished second in the women's 100 meters, posting a time of 11.99 seconds while fellow Lion Amealia Smith finished in 10th place, posting a mark of 12.74 seconds.
