LAKE WALES, Fla. | Florida Memorial University struggled in its road contest against Warner, falling 3-0 (25-19, 25-7, 25-23) to the Royals.

Sophomore Desiree Donald led the team in kills with four, aces with two, and blocks with one. Sophomore Juliana Medina led the team with eight assists, while teammates Aviyah Henderson and Serena Edwards co-led in digs with six apiece.

The loss drops FMU to 0-16 on the year and 0-7 in conference play.

The Lions return to action Wednesday, October 8, when they'll host Atlantis for a home exhibition. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
