The Lions defense capitalized on several Coastal Georgia mistakes all evening, scoring 33 points off of 31 Mariners turnovers while FMU's bench outscored CCGA's bench 40-32.
Florida Memorial University returns to the court on Saturday, February 15 as they host St. Thomas for Friends and Family Day as well as Senior Day. Tip-off for the Battle of Miami Gardens is slated for 2 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
