MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University's women's soccer team tied Webber International in a scorless match at Dr. Lester Brown Park. Despite the lack of scoring, the Lions put pressure on the Warriors all match long, leading in shots 10-9, including six in the second half.

Jada Samuels led in shots on goal with a pair in the match. Goalkeeper

The tie moves FMU to 2-1-2 on the season.
The Lions return to action Friday, September 26, when they'll travel to Jacksonville to take on fellow HBCU and Division II opponent Edward Waters. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m.
