MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University narrowly got passed Coastal Georgia in a nail-bitting 69-67 victory. The Lions held a 15-point lead going into the half, but were outscored by 13 points in the second half. FMU managed to hold on and take home the victory.
Senior
Devin Carter led in scoring with 22 points, while senior
Morgan Brewer added 19 points for the Lions. Senior
Cameron Noel scored 10 points for FMU.
The win moves FMU to 18-8 on the year and 10-4 in conference play.
