SARASOTA, Fla. | Florida Memorial University put on a clinic in Sarasota, as they defeated New College of Florida 92-56 in a dominating performance. With the win, the Lions stay in the race for the No. 1 seed in the SUN Conference, as they are currently in a tie for the No. 3 seed and only two games back from the No. 1 seed.

Cameron Noel put on another stellar performance, leading the team in scoring with 22 points on 8-of-15 from the field and 50% from three. Senior
Devin Carter followed suit with 18 points, including 50% from three as well. Senior
Morgan Brewer added 13 points off a phenomenal 4-of-7 from the field, and junior
Aa'reyon Munir-Jones earned a double-double, grabbing 10 rebounds and scoring 11 points.
The win moves FMU to 16-7 on the year and 8-3 in conference play.
FMU returns to action Saturday, February 7, when they'll travel to Babson Park to take on Webber. Tip-off is slated for 4 p.m.
