Miami Dolphins QB Bridgewater conducts coin toss at FMU flag football season opener

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial dropped their season opener to the third ranked team in the nation in a 20-0 loss to Keiser at Bunche Park in the season opener. Miami Dolphins quarterback Teddy Bridgewater along with C. Vernon Martin were the special guests to conduct the coin toss.

As a team, the Lions passed for 174 yards, but the defense allowed 197 passing yards and three touchdowns to the Seahawks.

FMU's Hailey Stanton got the nod as lead quarterback and led the team in several drives, but the Lions offense couldn't finish in the final zone.

The Lions return to action on Saturday, February 18 as they host Webber in conference play. Start time is set for 6:30 p.m. at Bunche Park.
