MIRAMAR, Fla. | The Florida Memorial women's track and field team participated in the Last Chance Meet in order to qualify for the
2023 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on May 24-26 in Indiana. FMU hurdler
Yasmyne Williams led the way for the Lions with a first place finish in the women's 100 meter hurdles, posting a time of 14.59 seconds.
In the women's 100 meters, FMU sprinter
Denai Wilson earned a second place finish with a time of 11.68 seconds while teammate Anitria finished in third, posting a time of 11.99 seconds.
Wilson also finished in third place in the women's 200 meters, posting a time of 24.03 seconds while Sangster finished next with a time of 24.91 seconds.
With a time of 15.55 seconds, FMU's Quinzel Bazilio picked up a third place finish in the 100 meter hurdles while teammate
Andreana Graham earned a second place finish in both the long jump and the triple jump.

Ryeyauni Bush generated a third place finish in the discus, posting a mark of 35.60 meters.
