THOMASVILLE, Ga. | Florida Memorial flag football's stint in Georgia ends in a 52-0 loss to Thomas at the TU Soccer Complex. The Lions were plagued by turnovers all afternoon, throwing a season-high eight interceptions in its fourth shutout of the season.
The loss drops FMU to 1-10 on the year and 1-9 in conference play.
The Lions return to action Saturday, April 20, where they'll host St. Thomas for senior night in the Battle of Miami Gardens. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Teddy Bridgewater Field at Bunche Park.
