MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University struggled in its road game against St. Thomas, resulting in a 71-57 loss in the Battle of Miami Gardens.
Junior
Kalea Rainey led the team in scoring with 12 points, along with four rebounds, while teammate
Dominique Garcia Blackwood was second in scoring with 11. Teammates
Morgan Evans Jazlynn Givens co-led in rebounds with eight apiece.
The loss drops FMU to 8-5 on the year and 4-3 in conference play.
