Kaitlin "Brie" Curry joined the FMU women's volleyball team in fall of 2023. 

A native to St. Petersburg, Fla., Curry graduated from Osceola Fundamental High School in Seminole, Fla. in 2023, where she played volleyball under head coach Ashley Martian. Curry played for the Otva team in Florida for nine years under head coaches Nicole Joyce and Justin Valentine. 

Curry chose FMU because it's the only HBCU in South Florida. Her favorite part of FMU is being at an HBCU.

Curry's brother played basketball and she saw Dell Curry in a family reunion. Her most influential person in her life is herself.
