MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Florida Memorial University will be looking to pick up a non-conference victory while also extending its winning streak to four consecutive games when it hosts Johnson University (Fla.) Friday night in the FMU Wellness Center.

About The Lions

FMU enters the game having picked up three straight home win this past week, including back-to-back Sun Conference wins.
Sophomore Chantel Barnett earned TSC Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors for her strong play this past week.
The Lions did play a non-counting exhibition game against NCAA Division-I opponent Florida Atlantic University this past Tuesday, falling 71-63.
Florida Memorial head coach Gregory Stanback and his team can improve upon its best start in over five seasons with a win Friday.
Senior guard Keaynna Tolbert has returned from the lower extremity injury that kept her out of one game this past week and has seemingly regained her offensive rhythm.
The Lions could be welcoming back junior guard Jamari Tillman (lower extremity) back from injury soon. Tillman, who has missed every game of the season up to this point, has been participating in practices and has been warming up with the team recently, but has yet to see game action.

Scouting Johnson

Johnson University enters Tuesday's game winless (0-7).
The Suns have a roster featuring just eight players.
JU has been outscored by an average margin on 61 points per game this season, including a 91-point loss at Stetson University (Fla.) back in November.
Johnson played against two of FMU's Sun Conference constituents – Keiser University and St. Thomas University – this season.

Florida Memorial leads the all-time series between the programs 3-0.
The Lions have outscored JU 312-159 in those three meetings and have won the games by an average margin of 51 points.
