TAMPA, Fla. - The 2024 All-Sun Conference Women's Soccer Teams were announced on Wednesday morning as voted on by the league's nine head coaches, with Florida Memorial University producing three players across two all-conference teams.

FMU defender Rudo Marufu was the lone Lion to earn first-team All-SUN honors while striker Sierra Bartley and goalkeeper Lucia Martinez Garcia landed on the second-team.

Regular Season Co-Champion Keiser led the All-Conference selections with six First Team honorees and four athletes on the Second Team, showcasing their depth in both offensive and defensive positions. Regular Season Co-Champion SCAD Savannah followed closely with a strong showing, claiming seven First Team spots and representation across forward, midfield, defense, and goalkeeping.

The remaining awards were distributed among several schools, including Florida Memorial and St. Thomas, each contributing valuable players across both teams. Ave Maria and Southeastern rounded out the honorees with solid Second Team performances.

Ten representatives are repeat winners from last year (Sydney Chura, Gabrielle Cimino, Abigail Siddall, Ida Akesson, Ines Sommer, Georgia Little, Madelyn Davidson, Katie Carnes, Rachel Dalton, and Olivia Pousette).
 
The 2024 Sun Conference Women's Soccer Championship begins on Thursday, November 7th. The single-elimination tournament will open with two quarterfinal matches: Florida Memorial (No. 6 seed) at Southeastern (No. 3 seed) at 7:30 p.m. and Ave Maria (No. 5 seed) at St. Thomas (No. 4 seed) at 5:00 p.m. Keiser (No. 2 seed) and SCAD Savannah (No. 1 seed) will await the winners for matchups on Monday, November 11th.
