MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial suffers its first home loss of the season to No. 3 Campbellsville by a score of 97-48 at the FMU Wellness Center.

Former first-team ALL-SUN selection Chantel Barnett led the team in scoring with 20 points, going 8-of-11 from the field along with a perfect 3-of-3 from downtown, while teammate Dasiah Thornton added nine points for FMU, going a perfect 4-of-4 from the free throw line. Fellow Lion Nyah Johnson chipped in with eight points in the loss.

The contest marks the second-straight loss for FMU, dropping them to 5-4 on the season.

The Lions return to action Saturday, December 16 where they'll host Kentucky Christian. Tip-off is scheduled for 12 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
