Box Score TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. | Following a stint of three matches at home, the Florida Memorial University volleyball team traveled to Temple Terrace to take on Florida College, where they fell in the road match, 3-0 (25-10, 25-14, 25-17).

As a team, FMU produced 16 kills in the match, but allowed 39 from the Falcons. Teammates Drew Lester and Juliana Medina led the team with four kills apiece, while freshman setter Lauryn Brown led in assists with 10 and on the defensive end, led in digs with 13. 

The loss marks the fifth straight for FMU, dropping them to 1-7 on the season.

The Lions return to action Friday, September 6, where they'll host Southeastern University for the conference opener. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the FMU Wellness Center.
