KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Tedric Wilcox threw a Florida Memorial record eight touchdown passes Saturday, earning NAIA Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 27.

Wilcox only needed 29 passes and 17 completions to reach eight touchdowns, ending the game with 259 passing yards, adding six carries for 29 yards rushing. 

His record-scoring night also led the Lions to a school-record 85 points, as Florida Memorial topped Thomas (Ga.), 85-7. 

FMU returns home to Betty T. Ferguson Stadium, in Miami Gardens, Fla., Saturday afternoon, hosting Webber International (Fla.) at 1 p.m. ET.
